Wonder Tape

Wonder Tape is a wash away transparent tape that you can sew through without “gumming up” your needle. We love using this tool. Here are a few of our favorites.

1. Secure corded piping above a smocking project. The tape will allow you to reposition the piping until you are pleased with the placement then stitch in place.

2. Position a zipper in place using Wonder Tape.

3. Use Wonder Tape when pins could damage the material - such as sewing on leather or laminated fabric.

4. Hold buttons in place before sewing on by hand or machine.

5. Hold trim or ribbon in place before sewing on by hand or machine.

6. Position pockets, straps and appliques.

7. Wonder Tape can often replace the need to baste.
