Victoria with Scallop Collar

Susan is teaching Victoria with Scallops Add-on. The scallops collar and sleeve band are such a great add-on to many of our patterns. This tutorial uses our classic Victoria dress. When you use a coordinating fabric, you can see how these add-ons really pop.

Small scissors for precise trimming and clipping
1/4” pressure foot or open toe for better visibility
Lightweight fusible interfacing - like Baby interfacing
Best Press or any light weight starch
Small point turner - like Stuff it
Fabric marker
