Tips for Smocking Simplicity on Lee per Size
For Sizes 18mo-5 — Remove the space between rows 1 & 2 by moving the top cable row down to touch the tops of the trellis stitches. Delete row 11, or move row 11 cable row up in the same way to remove the space between rows 10 & 11. See blue Lee for example.
For Sizes 6-8 —Smock per pattern but delete row 11.
