Julia with Round Yoke and Ruffle

Re-envision the Julia dress with a round yoke overlay and a ruffle and a gathered skirt. In this video, Melissa walks you through redrafting of the bodice. She constructs the Victoria dress in the video, but the same techniques apply to the Julia bodice. As you watch the video, use the chart below for each measurement to make this sweet new look. You will need additional fabric (as shown in the supplies) to achieve the darling detail at the neckline and added fullness with the gathered skirt. Melissa describes two methods to complete the ruffle. She uses the same measurements (as seen in the chart below) and depending on how you construct you will achieve two distinct looks.
