Eleanor Contrast Piping

Updated: Jun 3, 2023

One of our favorite things about the Eleanor pattern is how versatile it is for many ages. This little A-line dress can look completely different depending on how you combine the components offered in this jam-packed pattern.

For this cutie pie, we used View A and added the pointed collar. Made from a sweet print by Windham fabrics (USA Cats Blue), the red piping was a perfect contrast to highlight the princess seams and side tabs. Choosing white pique for the collar is always a winning choice. For our loyal customers, you will notice the return of the ever-popular Ruthie sleeve. Now you have this sleeve avaialble at an expanded size range for your many future projects. And to see our model dance and play in her red Mary Janes, we knew we had a winner with this combination. Grab an Eleanor pattern and make one for every fun loving playful girl you sew for.
